Ask for an intimate image to be removed
If an intimate image of you, or of someone under 18, has been shared on Lumi without consent, this is how you have it taken down. You do not need an account, and you do not need to prove anything up front.
Tell us what the image is and where you saw it. A request to remove an intimate image shared without consent is acted on within 48 hours.
What happens
- You send the form below. You get a case id straight away, and the 48-hour clock starts.
- A person finds the image from the link or your description, deletes the shared file, and adds its fingerprint to a list that every future upload on Lumi is checked against, so the same image cannot be shared here again.
- The request is closed as removed, or as no match if nothing can be found from what you sent. Ask about it any time through Support inside the app, quoting the case id. Where the image involves someone under 18, Lumi treats it as a report to the authorities as well as a removal.

- A request to remove an intimate image shared without consent is acted on within 48 hours.
- You do not need an account, a name, or proof. A description and where you saw it is enough.
- The removed file's fingerprint is blocked, so it cannot be uploaded to Lumi again.
- A false request made to have someone else's lawful content removed is itself a misuse, and is handled as one.
- Lumi does not host public galleries or feeds: an image shared here was sent inside a chat or a room, and that is where it will be removed from.
